立訊精密(002475.SZ)：經初步判斷本次337調查對公司目前生產經營不會造成實質性影響
格隆匯 12 月 21日丨立訊精密(002475.SZ)公佈，近日，公司從美國國際貿易委員會網站獲悉，安費諾集團於2020年12月18日根據《美國1930年關税法》第337節規定向美國國際貿易委員會提出調查申請(“本次337調查”)。現就相關情況説明如下：
本次337調查由安費諾集團於2020年12月18日根據《美國1930年關税法》第337節規定向美國國際貿易委員會提出申請，指控公司及子公司東莞立訊精密有限公司、Luxshare Precision Limited、Luxshare-ICT Inc,Milpitas, CA在對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定電連接器與殼及其組件和下游產品(Electrical Connectors and Cages, Components Thereof, and Products Containing The Same)侵犯其專利權。
經公司內部核查，公司目前共5個美國專利涉及本次337調查，分別涉及導電塑膠技術與端子橫排注塑成型技術，均由公司自主研發設計並應用於高速外部IO連接器產品中。
公司作為一家高新技術企業，一貫重視知識產權的管理和保護，遵守各項知識產權法律法規，通過組建知識產權部門，配備相關專業人員，積極開展知識產權的申請、保護和運維工作，公司及下屬子公司目前有效專利共2064件。公司所有產品在新技術實施前，均開展了多重專利排查，以切實防範侵權風險。
自公司進入高速通訊連接器領域以來，與安費諾集團在該領域的專利佈局上各佔優勢，在保持積極開放的溝通下，對彼此專利各有所主張。在獲悉本次事件後，公司已成立了專門的工作組，並聘請美國律師積極應對本次337調查。截至目前，公司尚未收到任何正式的法律文書。經初步判斷，本次337調查對公司目前的生產、經營不會造成實質性影響。公司將持續跟進上述事項的進展情況，積極與相關方溝通協商，堅決維護公司及全體股東的合法權益，並根據有關規定及時履行信息披露義務。
