迪生力(603335.SH)：子公司擬簽訂8300萬元建設工程施工合同
格隆匯 12 月 21日丨迪生力(603335.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司台山迪生力汽輪智造有限公司(“汽輪智造公司”)於2020年11月24日披露《關於全資子公司擬參與國有建設用地使用權競買的公告》，公司全資子公司汽輪智造公司擬參與位於台山市大江鎮福安西路2號之四號地【江門市JCR2020-187(台山37)】75246.11平方米的國有建設用地使用權網上掛牌出讓的競買，截止公告披露日，此次競買事項已經競得，公司將按相關手續辦理合同簽訂、土地款繳納等相關工作。
上述競得的土地擬作為公司全資子公司汽輪智造公司汽車配件生產基地用地，為了爭取今年投入，明年投產，加快生產基地建設進度，經過基建工程項目招標，汽輪智造公司擬與台山市東日建設工程有限公司簽訂《建設工程施工合同》，合同金額為8300萬元人民幣。
工程名稱：汽車配件生產基地建築工程；工程內容：行政辦公大樓及研發中心、副樓、員工宿舍樓(1)、員工宿舍樓(2)、廠區辦公樓、飯堂、變配電房、空壓機房、設備車間、門衞室(1)、門衞室(2)、成品倉庫、紙箱配件倉庫、塗裝車間、鑄造車間、機加工車間、圍牆、室外排水、馬路、消防水池、給水管、室外綠化等工程。
此次合同簽署有利於加快推進公司汽車配件生產基地建設進度。隨着國內新能源汽車的高速發展趨勢，汽車鋁輪轂會向高端輕量化的要求升級，結合公司現有的市場佈局，在鞏固海外高端改裝市場的同時，擴大國內新能源汽車配件市場，通過對市場的全面分析，有必要擴充生產規模，項目計劃投入全智能化製造生產線，降低成本，強化鋁合金精密度，在保證強度和拉力的前提下，比原來的產品重量減輕約20%，符合新能源汽車輕量化的需求，完全符合公司五年規劃的需求，有利於進一步提升公司的品牌影響力，提高公司的綜合競爭能力，保持公司持續經營的戰略部署。
