《全日总结》恒指跌191点 汇控渣打受压 物管股涨
美国国会就9,000亿美元抗疫援助方案达成协议，本周港股仅三日全交易日。恒指今早低开75点後，早段曾最多跌223点，其後反覆走低，全日跌191点或0.7%，报26,306点；国指跌81点或0.8%，报10,401点；恒生科技指数跌93点或1.1%，报8,159点。大市全日成交总额1,438.84亿元，沪、深港通南下交易全日录得分别流出5.13亿及流入32.98亿元人民币。
中央经济工作会议称，金融创新必须在审慎监管的前提下进行，多个主流平台的线上存款产品先後下架。科技股个别发展，腾讯(00700.HK)全日跌1.4%报572元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌2.2%报250元。手机设备股舜宇(02382.HK)及瑞声(02018.HK)分别跌1.2%及2.1%。
小米(01810.HK)一度创新高，午後升幅回落，全日升1.7%报29.3元；美团(03690.HK)无升跌报278.4元。
中芯(00981.HK)遭美列入实体名单，对个别产品有不利影响，全日跌3.6%收报19.14元；国药(01099.HK)附属中科器遭美国实施出口限制措施，跌1.1%报18.5元。
英国疫情转差，汇控(00005.HK)跌4%报39.5元，渣打(02888.HK)亦跌4.5%报47元。友邦(01299.HK)升0.4%报89.85元，中移动(00941.HK)跌3.1%报44.15元，联通(00762.HK)跌2.6%报4.44元。中资金融股建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)分别跌1.7%及1.3%，中国平安(02318.HK)跌2.1%。
其他蓝筹股方面，港交所(00388.HK)创新高，升2.3%报403元。药明生物(02269.HK)升3.7%，为表现最佳蓝筹股，安踏(02020.HK)升2.8%；中海外(00688.HK)跌2.7%，新世界(00017.HK)亦跌2.4%。
物管股逆市造好，华润万象(01209.HK)急升11.7%，碧桂园服务(06098.HK)升10%，时代邻里(09928.HK)、宝龙商业(09909.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)及新城悦服(01755.HK)升7.5%至8.8%。
「半新股」获追捧，上周五挂牌的Vesync(02148.HK)飙29%收报11.36元；泡泡玛特(09992.HK)升14%，报87.75元；京东健康(06618.HK)升12.2%。
