長源電力(000966.SZ)：子公司所屬安陸趙棚風電項目獲得核准
格隆匯 12 月 21日丨長源電力(000966.SZ)公佈，2020年12月18日，公司收到安陸市發展和改革局下發的《關於國電安陸趙棚風電場項目核准的批覆》(安發改審批﹝2020﹞307號)，公司全資子公司國電長源廣水風電有限公司(廣水風電)所屬國電安陸趙棚風電場項目獲得核准。核准批覆主要內容如下：
1.同意國電安陸趙棚風電場項目(項目代碼：2020-420982-44-02-071229)，項目單位為國電長源廣水風電有限公司。
2.項目建設地址：孝感市安陸市趙棚鎮。
3.建設規模及主要建設內容：項目建設規模5萬千瓦。安裝17颱風力發電機組，以及新建一座升壓站，設計年上網電量1.0250億千瓦時，年等效滿負荷小時數2050小時。
4.項目投資及資金來源：本項目總投資3.6066億元，其中工程靜態總投資3.5103億元。資金來源系資本金佔30％，為1.0531億元，其餘資金為銀行貸款。
5.項目的規劃設計、環保和資源利用等應嚴格按照《企業投資項目核准和備案管理辦法》(國家發展和改革委員會令第2號，自2017年4月8日起施行)和《湖北省電力設施建設與保護條例》(湖北省第十一屆人民代表大會常務委員會第二十六次會議通過，自2011年12月1日起施行)和安陸市建設、規劃、環保、消防、安全、節能等部門批覆的有關要求進行設計、組織施工。
6.項目勘察設計、施工、設備及主要材料採購等應按《招標投標法》有關規定依法依規進行公開招投標。
7.項目開工建設前，應依據相關法律、行政法規辦理規劃許可、土地使用、安全生產、環評等相關報建手續。嚴格按照規劃、國土、環保、水利、林業等部門批覆意見和要求開展項目建設，不得違規在生態保護紅線範圍內開展項目建設。按照國家有關規定做好節能、資源綜合利用、環境保護、森林植被恢復、水土保持等工作。
目前，公司所屬風電裝機容量19.3萬千瓦，上述國電安陸趙棚風電場項目建成後，公司所屬風電裝機將達到24.3萬千瓦，公司新能源裝機比重將進一步提高，發電結構得到持續優化。
