晶科科技(601778.SH):子公司擬出售建德晶科70%股權 盤活存量電站資產、加速資金回籠
格隆匯12月21日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公佈,為盤活存量電站資產,加速回籠資金,公司全資子公司晶科電力有限公司(以下簡稱“晶科有限”)擬將其持有的建德晶科光伏發電有限公司(以下簡稱“建德晶科”)70%股權出售給國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司(以下簡稱“浙江新能源”),股權轉讓對價為1,834萬元。本次交易完成後,公司持有建德晶科30%股權,建德晶科將不再納入公司合併報表範圍。
