歌華有線(600037.SH):延長自有資金進行現金管理的投資期限
格隆匯 12 月 21日丨歌華有線(600037.SH)公佈,公司第五屆董事會第五十九次會議決議,審議通過《關於延長自有資金進行現金管理的投資期限的議案》。
董事會同意將第五屆董事會第五十五次會議審議通過的不超過12.5億元的自有資金進行現金管理的投資期限延長一年,即由截至2021年2月5日延長至截至2022年2月5日,現金管理的基本情況、風險控制措施等其他內容不變。資金投資於期限不超過12個月的低風險、保本型理財產品、結構性存款等。
