《即日市评》忧疫情加深 汇控捱沽 长汽逆市扬
市场忧新冠疫情加深，港股今日续向下。美国国会就9,000亿美元抗疫援助方案达成协议，援助方案包括直接向大多数成年人及每个儿童支付600美元，并会向薪酬保障计划投放2,840亿美元；另外，英国称变种新冠病毒株传染率高七成，英卫生大臣形容疫情已经失控。执笔之时美汇指数升至90.42，道指期货最新跌57点或0.2%、美股纳指期货最新升24点或0.2%。上证综指全日升25点或0.8%收3,420，深证成指升2%，内地创业板指数涨3.7%，沪深两市成交额共8,644亿人民币。
恒指今早低开75点後，早段曾最多跌223点，其後反覆走低，全日跌191点或0.7%，报26,306点；国指跌81点或0.8%，报10,401点；恒生科技指数跌93点或1.1%，报8,159点。大市全日成交总额1,438.84亿元，沪、深港通南下交易全日录得分别流出5.13亿及流入32.98亿元人民币。
【汇控渣打跌 中芯有沽压】
在脱欧谈判陷入僵局之际，英国病毒出现变种，以英国为总部的银行汇控(00005.HK)股价跌4%收39.5元，为跌幅最大蓝筹股，渣打(02888.HK)股价下滑4.5%收47元。
中芯(00981.HK)全日股价下滑3.6%收19.14元。瑞信发表报告指美国商务部将中芯列入实体清单，使美国公司向其供应工具、软件和物料前须先得到商务部批准。该行指，相关限制似乎较预期有限，目标限制中芯获取10纳米以下制程工具，而14纳米制程或以上所使用工具则按个别情况审批。该行指，相关限制似乎较预期有限，目标限制中芯获取10纳米以下制程工具，而14纳米制程或以上所使用工具则按个别情况审批。基於股价已到达该行目标，将其评级由「跑输大市」上调至「中性」，目标价19.6元不变。
【沽空率下降 车股受追捧】
港股今日市宽转，主板股票的升跌比率为20比24(上日为21比21)，下跌股份953只(跌幅2.5%)，恒指成份股今日10只股份上升，下跌股份40只，升跌比率为19比77(上日为42比52)。大市今日录沽空144.65亿元，占可沽空股份成1,136.06亿元的12.733%(上日为16.184%)。
部份新能源及汽车股受捧，信义光能(00968.HK)股价弹高近13%收18.3元，比亚迪(01211.HK)股价上扬11.7%收206.6元，长汽(02333.HK)股价抢高8%收19.92元。中金发表报告，指参加了长城汽车股东大会交流，指长汽第三季开始公司新产品周期拉开序幕，认为这仅是开始，公司逐步形成了底层模块化平台加中层多种动力总成技术，及上层设计营销能力的相对完善的体系，造车综合能力不断提升，能够满足面向未来的多样化市场需求，逐步体现在新产品上。
基於对新车型更乐观的预期，中金上调长汽今明两年净利润预测分别15.3%及5.8%，至53.17亿元及95.19亿元人民币，预计公司新能源业务未来将有较大增长空间，将公司H股目标价上调35.1%至25元，评级维持「跑赢行业」。(wl/a)
