大和:維持粵海投資(0270.HK)16港元目標價 重申買入評級
大和發表研究報告表示,預期東江水價的不確定因素很快便消失,粵海投資(0270.HK)與香港的東江水供應協議將於明日公佈,料2021-23年的東江水價格將於同日發佈,但認為基於現時的人民幣兑港元匯價及通漲情況等因素,料水費將會持平,亦有可能不會下調,維持目標價16港元,重申買入評級。
大和表示,視公司第三季的税前盈利錄強勁增長,為第四季進一步復甦的良好跡象,料由於低基數,明年每股盈利將錄復甦,預期2020-22年每股股息的年複合增長率達6%,為有記錄以來的新高,認為公司強勁的資產負債表及現金流將支持每股股息增長。
