《新股消息》新纽科技(09600.HK)今日起招股 入场费3,523.15元
IT解决方案提供商新纽科技(09600.HK)公布招股详情,计划发售2亿股股份,当中10%在港公开发售,招股价介乎每股3.06元至4.36元,每手800股,入场费为3,523.15元,由今日(21日)至本周四(24日)公开招股,预计将於1月6日上市。未来金融为独家保荐人。
该公司引入弘毅金涌及财通基金为基石投资者,合共认购7,850万元人民币股份。以招股价中位数3.71元计,公司预计集资净额为6.5亿元,当中80%主要用於在上市後五年内开发新解决方案及升级现有解决方案,方法为吸引及留住高素质技术人员、扩大公司的办公室、购买软件产品及设备以及斥资与业内专家及机构合作;10%用於加大公司的销售及营销力度;余下10%主要用作营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
