Vesync Co., Ltd股份於聯交所主板掛牌上市
格隆匯於2020年12月18日獲悉，美國小家電線上市場的市場參與者之一Vesync Co., Ltd(“Vesync”，連同其附屬公司“集團”)的股份今天於香港聯合交易所有限公司主板正式掛牌買賣，股份代號2148。

Vesync股份交投活躍，收市價每股8.80港元，較發售價5.52港元上升近60%。成交股數約2.74億股，總成交金額約24.7億港元。
Vesync的財務業績卓越。截至2020年6月30日止六個月，集團的收益及純利分別按年大幅上升71.7%及10.25倍至129.3百萬美元及22.5百萬美元。根據弗若斯特沙利文報告，在小家電零售商中，Vesync就於2019年在美國就通過亞馬遜產生的零售額而言排名第三；通過所有線上渠道產生的零售額而言排名第五。就於2019年在美國通過亞馬遜產生的零售額而言，集團的空氣淨化器於其所屬類別中排名第一，其空氣炸鍋於其所屬類別中排名第二。
集團與三名投資者(包括Gaoling Fund, L.P.及YHG Investment, L.P.(Hillhouse Capital Advisors, Ltd.)、Meridian Future Limited、以及Orchid China Master Fund Limited及LMA SPC)已訂立基石投資協議。
Vesync在香港公開發售錄得約537倍的超額認購。集團預計全球發售所得款項淨額扣除包銷費用、佣金及相關開支後約達14.372億港元，集團計劃將上市所得款項淨額用作以下用途：
所得款項30.0%用於研發新產品及升級及迭代現有產品；25.0%用於擴大銷售渠道及地理覆蓋範圍，以及提高品牌知名度；25.0%用於升級VeSync應用程序，使其成為一個家庭物聯網平台；10.0%用於為企業客户開發及推出智能解決方案；剩餘10.0%用於一般營運資金。
