格隆匯 12 月 18日丨吉藥控股(300108.SZ)公佈，公司公司於2019年12月20日召開的第四屆董事會第三十六次會議、2019年1月2日召開的2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於公司及子公司向銀行申請貸款的議案》，公司向吉林琿春農村商業銀行股份有限公司長春市朝陽支行申請不超過人民幣4500萬元貸款，期限1年。公司子公司通化雙龍化工股份有限公司(“通化雙龍”)向吉林琿春農村商業銀行股份有限公司長春市朝陽支行申請不超過人民幣3500萬元貸款，期限1年，現上述貸款即將到期。
鑑於公司日常流動資金需求，公司向吉林琿春農村商業銀行股份有限公司長春市朝陽支行申請人民幣4500萬元貸款展期，展期期限12個月；原借據號：0790707012010000008043，金額4500萬元，借款合同號：(2019)琿農銀借字第26號《流動資金借款合同》，擔保合同號：(2019)琿農銀保字第26號《保證合同》，借款期限：2019年12月27日-2020年12月22日,公司同意此筆貸款展期，此筆貸款展期後由東北中小企業信用再擔保股份有限公司吉林分公司提供連帶責任保證。同意以公司經營收入償還銀行貸款本息。
鑑於公司子公司通化雙龍化工股份有限公司(“通化雙龍”)日常流動資金需求，通化雙龍向吉林琿春農村商業銀行股份有限公司長春市朝陽支行申請人民幣3500萬元貸款展期，展期期限12個月。原借據號：0790707012010000008038，金額3500萬元，借款合同號：(2019)琿農銀借字第27號《流動資金借款合同》，擔保合同號：(2019)琿農銀保字第27號《保證合同》，借款期限：2019年12月27日-2020年12月22日,公司同意此筆貸款展期，此筆貸款展期後由東北中小企業信用再擔保股份有限公司吉林分公司提供連帶責任保證。同意以通化雙龍化工股份有限公司經營收入償還銀行貸款本息。
