中金佳泰計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內，通過集中競價方式減持不超過2,318,581股，佔公司股份總數的比例不超過1%，通過大宗交易方式減持數量不超過4,637,162股，不超過公司總股本的2%，將於減持計劃公告披露之日起3個交易日之後的3個月內進行。截止2020年12月17日，中金佳泰以集中競價累計減持公司股份2,318,581股，佔公司總股本的1%，本次集中競價減持計劃已實施完畢。截止2020年12月17日，中金佳泰以大宗交易累計減持公司1,304,287股，佔公司總股本的0.56%，本次大宗交易減持計劃尚未實施完畢。
公司監事藍茵計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內，通過集中競價方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份，或者自本公告披露之日起3個交易日後的6個月內，通過大宗交易方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份，合計減持數量不超過162,223股，佔公司股份總數的比例不超過0.07%。截止2020年12月17日，藍茵已通過集中競價方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份162,223股，佔公司總股本的0.07%；藍茵本次減持計劃已實施完畢。
公司監事周豔計劃自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內，通過集中競價方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份，或者自本公告披露之日起3個交易日後的6個月內，通過大宗交易方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份，合計減持數量不超過21,382股，佔公司股份總數的比例不超過0.009%；截止2020年12月17日，周豔已通過集中競價方式減持其通過新奈普樂持有的公司股份21,382股，佔公司總股本的0.009%；周豔本次減持計劃已實施完畢。
