Vesync Co., Ltd股份于联交所主板挂牌上市
格隆汇于2020年12月18日获悉，美国小家电线上市场的市场参与者之一Vesync Co., Ltd(“Vesync”，连同其附属公司“集团”)的股份今天于香港联合交易所有限公司主板正式挂牌买卖，股份代号2148。

Vesync股份交投活跃，收市价每股8.80港元，较发售价5.52港元上升近60%。成交股数约2.74亿股，总成交金额约24.7亿港元。
Vesync的财务业绩卓越。截至2020年6月30日止六个月，集团的收益及纯利分别按年大幅上升71.7%及10.25倍至129.3百万美元及22.5百万美元。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，在小家电零售商中，Vesync就于2019年在美国就通过亚马逊产生的零售额而言排名第三；通过所有线上渠道产生的零售额而言排名第五。就于2019年在美国通过亚马逊产生的零售额而言，集团的空气净化器于其所属类别中排名第一，其空气炸锅于其所属类别中排名第二。
集团与三名投资者(包括Gaoling Fund, L.P.及YHG Investment, L.P.(Hillhouse Capital Advisors, Ltd.)、Meridian Future Limited、以及Orchid China Master Fund Limited及LMA SPC)已订立基石投资协议。
Vesync在香港公开发售录得约537倍的超额认购。集团预计全球发售所得款项净额扣除包销费用、佣金及相关开支后约达14.372亿港元，集团计划将上市所得款项净额用作以下用途：
所得款项30.0%用于研发新产品及升级及迭代现有产品；25.0%用于扩大销售渠道及地理覆盖范围，以及提高品牌知名度；25.0%用于升级VeSync应用程序，使其成为一个家庭物联网平台；10.0%用于为企业客户开发及推出智能解决方案；剩余10.0%用于一般营运资金。
