正商實業(00185.HK)以4.66億元投得河南鄭州地塊
格隆匯 12 月 18日丨正商實業(00185.HK)公佈,於2020年12月18日,公司間接全資附屬公司河南經開以代價人民幣4.66億元成功透過掛牌出售程序於鄭州市自然資源和規劃局提呈出售以轉讓國有建設用地使用權所舉辦之拍賣會中投得該地塊之國有土地使用權。
據悉,該地塊位於中國河南省鄭州市豫六路北、明珠路東,總佔地面積約39,204.68平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.1至3.6之間。該地塊指定為住宅用途使用年限為70年及地下用作交通服務站用途使用年限為50年。
公告稱,。董事會相信,該收購事項符合集團擴大於中國河南省及其他第一、第二線城市發展的策略。
