中國核建(601611.SH):中核華興公司擬引進農銀投資現金增資10億元 用於償還有息金融負債
格隆匯 12 月 18日丨中國核建(601611.SH)公佈,公司所屬的控股子公司中國核工業華興建設有限公司(“中核華興公司”或“標的公司”)擬引進農銀金融資產投資有限公司(“農銀投資”)現金增資10億元,增資資金擬用於償還標的公司以銀行貸款為主的有息金融負債。
此次交易是公司實施市場化債轉股,從而降低資產負債率,優化公司資產結構的舉措,符合國家相關政策導向及公司發展目標,不存在損害公司及股東利益的情形。
