航天動力(600343.SH)擬增加經營範圍“特種設備”
格隆匯 12 月 18日丨航天動力(600343.SH)公佈，公司根據公司生產經營需要，擬對公司經營範圍進行調整，並修訂《公司章程》相關條款。此次經營範圍變更的內容如下：
變更前公司經營範圍：
航天技術流體機械系列液力變矩器、泵、閥、水輪機、汽輪機及成套裝置、液壓元件、液壓系統、計量器具、智能儀器儀表、物聯網通信、自動化控制設備、高低壓配電設備等機電產品的研究、設計、生產、試驗、銷售；通訊設備、計算機的研製開發、生產、銷售；氫能利用裝備的研究、設計、生產、試驗、銷售；燃料電池的研究、設計、生產、試驗、銷售；一體化節能業務(包含循環水整體節能、餘熱餘壓利用等)的方案設計、施工及諮詢，合同能源管理；技術諮詢、技術服務；環境工程、環保工程、市政工程總承包；消防設施工程施工、安裝、維保；機電安裝工程施工、電子與智能化工程施工；空調製冷成套設備安裝；暖通設備安裝；承接境外與出口自產設備相關的工程和境內國際招標工程，以及上述所需的設備、材料的出口，對外派遣實施上述所需的勞務人員；一般貨物、技術的進出口；進料加工和“三來一補”業務；建築材料、冶金原料、環保設備、車輛的代理銷售，一般貨物貿易。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後公司經營範圍：

除經營範圍修訂增加“特種設備”外，《公司章程》其他條款不作修訂。
