亞洲金融(00662.HK):斥2.79億港元增持泰國康民1.26%股份
格隆匯12月18日丨亞洲金融(00662.HK)宣佈,於2020年12月18日,集團經其全資附屬亞洲投資服務和亞洲保險透過大手交易及賣方的經紀人以總代價10.8億泰銖(約2.79億港元)(不包括交易費用)購入1000萬股BH股份(約佔BH現有已發行股本的1.26%)。
購入事項完成後,集團合共持有3721.396萬股BH股份(約佔BH現有已發行股本的4.68%)。透過購入事項的BH股份將作為戰略投資持有。
BH是一間在泰國證券交易所上市的公司。董事認為購入事項乃經考慮BH在不斷增長的亞洲醫療保健的預期市場前景、其優良往績和穩固基礎、BH的長線投資價值和總購買代價,以及集團對醫療保健相關業務前景看好的投資策略。
