新股配售 | Vesync一手中籤率1.54%，甲尾完勝乙頭，公開認購538倍，國配8.58倍
uSMART盈立智投12月17日消息，小家電商Vesync公佈中籤結果，並將於今日下午進行暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①一手黨卒，甲尾完勝乙頭：Vesync吸引了近36萬人申購，其中僅不到6千人上乙組，但分配上，可以說偏向甲尾，一手中籤率僅1.54%，爲今年以來的第二低中籤率，最低的是新石文化（超購1211倍，一手中籤率1.5%)，而甲尾穩中11手爭12手，乙頭僅穩6手爭7手。
②國配貨源集中：國配認購倍數8.58倍，在近期熱門股當中，數據並不高，但前25名承配人合共鎖定59.8%的發行股份，其中高瓴作爲基石，更是一人拿了35%的發行股份，三名基石合共鎖定50%的發行股份，國配貨源集中。
2018年以來，一手中籤率低於5%的新股共有13只，僅駕校股向中國際首日破發，Vesync將如何演繹呢？暗盤見分曉。

4、中籤情況：一手中籤率1.54%，申購75手穩1爭2，甲尾穩11爭12，乙頭穩6爭7，頂頭槌(180張)穩93爭94
5、公開認購倍數：538倍（甲組：325倍，乙組：752倍）
6、國際發售：認購倍數約8.58倍，合共148名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定59.8%的發行股份，貨源集中
7、回撥情況：最大回撥，最終公開佔比50%，國配佔比50%
8、超額配股權：國際發售中超額分配42,150,000股股份，有綠鞋
9、穩定價格操作人：法巴
10、基石投資者：高瓴、Meridian Future、Orchid China 及LMA SPC等3名基石投資者，合共鎖定50%的發行股份，禁售期6個月
