德生科技(002908.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“市場營銷策劃”及“商務信息諮詢(不含投資類諮詢)”
格隆匯 12 月 17日丨德生科技(002908.SZ)公佈，公司召開第二屆董事會第三十次會議，審議通過《關於增加公司經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》。
與會董事同意公司因經營業務拓展需要，擬增加經營範圍，並根據《公司法》、《證券法》及《上市公司章程指引》等相關法律、法規及規範性文件的要求，對《公司章程》中有關經營範圍的部分條款進行修改，由董事會授權公司管理層辦理相關工商變更登記手續。
此次擬增加經營範圍“市場營銷策劃”及“商務信息諮詢(不含投資類諮詢)”。
《公司章程》原條款：第十三條IC卡、IC卡智能系統、IC卡讀寫機具、通訊產品的研究、開發及生產銷售，防偽技術產品的生產，計算機網絡系統工程及工業自動化控制設備的設計、安裝、維護及技術諮詢，生產及銷售電子產品及配件；經國家密碼管理機構批准的商用密碼產品的開發、生產(以上生產項目由分公司辦證照經營)；經國家密碼管理局審批並通過指定檢測機構產品質量檢測的商用密碼產品的銷售；設備租賃；計算機及軟件服務；銷售：普通機械、電器機械及器材，家用電器，計算機及配件；固網代理收費服務；佣金代理(拍賣除外)；票務服務。人才招聘、人才信息服務、人力資源培訓；人才測評；人事代理；人力資源管理諮詢；人才推薦；計算機研發、生產、銷售；從事貨物與技術的進出口業務；物聯網技術應用與開發；家庭及公共社區智能化產品的開發、生產、銷售和服務；經營電信業務；檔案處理及檔案電子化服務，檔案管理軟件的開發，銷售及服務。金融自助終端、政務自助終端、其他電子自助終端以及制卡設備的研發、製造、銷售、代理和服務；市場調查。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
