传腾讯(00700.HK)调整加薪机制 打破每年4月加人工原则
内媒引述消息人士指,腾讯(00700.HK)今年起调整员工的年度例行加薪机制「普调」,新机制被更名为「薪资回顾」,打破过去员工在每年4月必然获得加薪的原则。
同时,腾讯总监和总经理层级开始小规模试行轮更制度,目前涉及平台与内容事业群(PCG)内多个业务。
