皇台酒業(000995.SZ)提示交易風險：存在短期內無法改善經營業績、控制權不穩定等風險
格隆匯 12 月 17日丨皇台酒業(000995.SZ)公佈，公司股票於2020年12月16日起恢復上市後兩個交易日股票價格波動較大，公司慎重提醒廣大投資者，注意二級市場交易風險，理性決策、審慎投資。請投資者注意以下風險：
一、短期內無法改善經營業績的風險
2020年9月30日，公司實現營業收入54,357,455.61元，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為4,002,636.66元，扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1,030,577.06元，三季度每股收益為0.023元/股。酒類作為日常飲料消費品，其銷售量在一定程度上受到宏觀經濟波動以及居民購買力下降的影響，加上近年來白酒行業有集中度提高的趨勢，未來幾年行業競爭可能更加激烈，公司存在短期內無法改善經營業績的風險。
二、二級市場交易的風險
公司股票靜態市盈率為88.69，每股淨資產0.58元/股，市淨率為58.42。公司股票恢復上市後漲幅較大，公司慎重提醒廣大投資者，敬請廣大投資者理性投資，注意二級市場交易風險。
三、控制權不穩定的風險
2019年4月12日，公司控股股東變更為甘肅盛達集團有限公司(“盛達集團”)，盛達集團控制公司35,295,991股股份，佔公司總股本的19.90%，與上海厚豐投資有限公司(“上海厚豐”)所持股份數量較為接近。雖然目前上海厚豐所持股份被輪候凍結，但是盛達集團與上海厚豐所持公司股權較為接近，公司存在控制權不穩定的風險。
四、其他對業績產生影響的風險
2019年公司獲贈資產導致固定資產原值增加6304.03萬元，無形資產原值增加7649.01萬元，根據公司的會計政策，公司將對上述固定資產及無形資產計提折舊和攤銷，公司未來的折舊及攤銷將相應增加，對淨利潤造成一定的負面影響。
2020年9月30日，公司收到甘肅證監局出具的[2020]2號《行政處罰決定書》，認定皇台酒業違法事實，公司存在被中小股東訴訟並面臨民事賠償的風險，未來將對利潤造成一定影響。
