豐元股份(002805.SZ)擬與中科院青能所簽署共建研究院戰略合作協議
格隆匯 12 月 17日丨豐元股份(002805.SZ)公佈，為更好的滿足公司鋰電池正極材料產業戰略發展的需要，提升公司在鋰電池正極材料領域的科研與技術實力，公司擬與中國科學院青島生物能源與過程研究所(“中科院青能所”)共同簽署《共建中科豐元高能鋰電池材料研究院戰略合作協議》(“《共建研究院戰略合作協議》”)，雙方擬共建先進鋰離子電池正極材料研究院，共同在研發與產業化等多方面展開合作，以提高公司在鋰電池正極材料領域的核心競爭力。合作內容如下：
1、雙方共建中科豐元高能鋰電池材料研究院(“中科豐元研究院”)，開展高能量密度鋰電池高性能正極材料研發與產業化，以持續提升動力電池正極材料的比容量、工作電壓、循環穩定性、安全性等指標為目標，力爭經過五年的發展，組建一支國內一流的研發團隊，開發出一系列具有自主知識產權的關鍵技術，形成系列化產品，建成集前瞻技術佈局—應用基礎研究—中試試驗—產業化放大全產業鏈的先進鋰離子電池材料研究院，提高企業正極材料核心競爭力。
2、鋰電池高比容量材料開發，重點圍繞三元8系(NCM811、NCA811和單晶)包括前驅體、9系、高能量密度高循環磷酸鐵鋰、高鎳四元等高性能材料研究開發，為上述材料在山東豐元化學股份有限公司(“豐元股份”)的實際放大生產提供製備工藝和相關技術支持；同時積極佈局無鈷正極材料、富鋰正極材料、無鋰正極材料等前瞻技術研究工作，搶佔鋰電池新型正極材料的技術和產業制高點。
3、推動科研與技術人才深度融合，甲乙雙方依託各自技術團隊，通過人員招聘和派遣等方式共同組建研究院技術團隊。其中，甲方招聘技術人員不得低於10人，乙方派出具有碩士研究生或以上學歷人員不得低於10人。
中科院青能所在新能源與先進儲能、新材料領域具備雄厚的科研實力、人才隊伍及科研成果產業轉化的經驗與優勢，公司通過此次與中科院青能所合作共建研究院，能夠充分利用中科院青能所的優勢資源和研發力量，將更有效的提升公司在鋰電池正極材料領域的科研與技術研發實力，豐富公司前瞻性技術儲備、加快產業化落地。
