新股配售 | 遠洋服務無回撥，有綠鞋，國配貨源集中，能否"直掛雲帆濟滄海"？
uSMART盈立智投12月16日消息，遠洋服務公佈中籤結果，並將於今日下午上演暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①認購遇冷：港股物業板塊已經有數十隻股票，不再"物以稀爲貴"，遠洋服務的IPO公開認購遇冷，僅逾7萬人申購，公開認購8.91倍，無回撥。以超配股權獲悉數行使後計，公開佔比8.7%，國配佔比91.3%。
②國配貨源集中：遠洋服務的國配認購倍數約3.07倍，數據不高，合共169名承配人，但以超配股權獲悉數行使後計，前25名承配人合共鎖定84.14%的發行股份(8名基石鎖定了46.47%，禁售期6個月) ，也就是說剩餘承配人僅獲配到7%的股份，國配貨源非常集中。
③有綠鞋：國際發售項下已超額分配4440萬股股份，有15%的綠鞋子彈，穩價人是花旗，若首日不幸破發，穩價人積極護盤，國配大戶不帶頭踩踏，綠鞋對於股價能有一定的託底作用，首日無回撥的世茂服務、恆大服務，均給打新者一個小虧或平價離場的機會。
遠洋服務是一家綜合性物業管理服務提供商，以華北（京津冀及環渤海）地區爲主。根據中指院資料，按2019年綜合實力及增長潛力計，公司在中國物業服務百強企業中分別位列第13名及第11名。

【配售簡況】
1、發售價：5.88港元，爲招股價區間(5.5-6.7港元)的下限區間
2、一手市值：2940港元，每手500股
3、有效申購人數：76,769名（甲組：76,671名，乙組：98名）
4、中籤情況：一手中籤率15%，申購9手穩中1手，甲尾中84手，乙頭穩222手爭223手，頂頭槌(1張)中4109手
5、公開認購倍數：8.91倍（甲組：10.61倍，乙組：7.2倍）
6、國際發售：認購倍數約3.07倍，合共169名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定96.76%的發行股份
7、回撥情況：無回撥，最終公開的比例爲10%，國配的比例爲90%
8、超額配股權：國際發售項下已超額分配4440萬股股份，有15%的綠鞋子彈
9、穩定價格操作人：花旗，穩價結束日爲2021年1月9日
10、基石投資者(8名)：淡水泉（香港）、國華人壽保險、高瓴資本等8名投資者合共鎖定53.44%的發行股份，禁售期6個月
11、關聯客戶(1名)：UTiger獲配550,000股
