海利得(002206.SZ)拟向薄膜公司增加注册资本9000万元
格隆汇 12 月 16日丨海利得(002206.SZ)公布,公司于2020年12月16日召开第七届董事会第十次会议,会议审议通过了《关于向全资子公司增加注册资本的议案》,公司拟向全资子公司浙江海利得薄膜新材料有限公司(“薄膜公司”)增加注册资本9000万元人民币,增资后薄膜公司的注册资本将由1000万元人民币增加至1亿元人民币。
此次增资是为了满足全资子公司未来经营发展的需要,支持其业务发展,符合公司战略规划。此次增资属于对全资子公司增资,风险可控,不会对公司财务及经营状况产生不利影响,不存在损害公司及全体股东利益的情形。此次增资后,公司仍持有上述全资子公司100%股权,不会导致公司合并报表范围的变动,对公司正常生产经营不会造成不良影响。
