公司公布,前台积电营运长蒋尚义获委任为公司第二类执行董事、董事会副董事长及战略委员会成员,自昨日(15日)起生效。
内媒报道,中芯联合首席执行官梁孟松向董事会递交书面辞呈,抗议蒋尚义回归公司一事没被事前知会,但中芯董事长周子学并未当场批准中梁孟松请辞。公司目前正积极与梁孟松核实其真实辞任之意愿。
公司H股(00981.HK)今旱起停牌。
