中芯國際(688981.SH)：蔣尚義獲委任為副董事長、第二類執行董事及戰略委員會成員
格隆匯12月15日丨中芯國際(688981.SH)公佈，集團的董事會欣然宣佈蔣尚義博士獲委任為公司董事會副董事長、第二類執行董事及戰略委員會成員，自2020年12月15日起生效。蔣博士曾於2016年12月20日至2019年6月21日擔任公司獨立非執行董事。
董事會表決通過關於委任副董事長、執行董事的議案，其中董事梁孟鬆博士無理由投棄權票。董事會認為蔣博士符合執行董事任職資格，能夠勝任所聘崗位的職責要求，其提名程序符合有關法律、法規和本公司章程的規定。
蔣博士現年74歲，一九六八年於國立台灣大學獲電子工程學學士學位，一九七零年於普林斯頓大學獲電子工程學碩士學位，一九七四年於斯坦福大學獲電子工程學博士學位。蔣博士在半導體工業界的45年中，曾參與研發CMOS、NMOS、Bipolar、DMOS、SOS、SOI、GaAs鐳射、LED、電子束光刻、矽基太陽能電池等項目。在台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司(“台積電”)，蔣博士牽頭了0.25μm、0.18μm、0.15μm、0.13μm、90nm、65nm、40nm、28nm、20nm及16nm FinFET等關鍵節點的研發，使台積電的行業地位從技術跟隨者發展為技術引領者。畢業後，彼曾在德州儀器和惠普公司工作。其後，彼於一九九七年返回台灣，任台積電研發副總裁。於二零一三年底退休時，蔣博士的職位是共同首席運營官。之後，蔣博士曾擔任台積電董事長顧問、本公司獨立非執行董事及武漢弘芯半導體制造有限公司首席執行官。
蔣博士的成就得到了諸多獎項的認可。於二零零一年，蔣博士名列《商業週刊》雜誌評選的50位「亞洲之星」之一，以表彰他在帶領枱積電研發團隊突出表現過程中展現的領導力、視野和決心。於二零零二年，蔣博士被評為國際電氣和電子工程師協會終身會士。於二零一三年，蔣博士獲得潘文淵文教基金會ERSO獎，同年被評為國立台灣大學傑出校友。於二零一五年，蔣博士獲得國際電氣和電子工程師協會Ernst Weber管理獎，同年被台灣政府評為工研院院士。
蔣博士的職業生涯致力於推進半導體技術和半導體工業的發展，彼為推進資訊技術大眾化的先驅。
