易生活控股(00223.HK):董事根據特別授權完成認購部分新股份
格隆匯 12 月 15日丨易生活控股(00223.HK)發佈公告,公司與認購人B(董事會副主席兼執行董事高峯先生)根據認購協議B進行的認購事項已於2020年12月15日局部完成。在收取認購人B的部分現金代價2100萬港元后,認購人B按認購價每股0.188港元獲發行合共111,702,127股股份。
局部完成後的所得款項淨額(扣除相關開支後)約為2098萬港元,其打算用作應付集團的營運資金需求,此包括用作營運資金以維持集團日常營運及用作發展集團日常消費品貿易業務的資金。
