卓尔智联(02098.HK)CIC加盟新加坡“区块链互通互联网络”
日前，卓尔智联(02098.HK)旗下世界商品智能交易中心( CIC) 在新加坡科技创新周上，签署并加入了由新加坡新跃社科大学与新加坡企业发展局主导、区块链战略合作协议推出的“区块链互通互联网络”(Blockchain for Trade & Connectivity Network)。该网络将为多模式全球供应链公司、数字交易平台和科技专业人才提供一个推动创新和尝试区块链解决方案的共同平台。
据悉，在新加坡科技创新周开幕式上，新加坡副总理王瑞杰宣布推出由新加坡企业发展局、资讯通信媒体发展局以及国立研究基金会联合主导的新加坡区块链创新计划(Singapore Blockchain Innovation Programme)。该计划将为发展区块链技术的研究投入1200万元新币，支持业界在区块链领域取得突破性发展。同时，该计划支持包括跨国企业、大型企业和资讯通信科技公司在内的近75家企业，在未来三年里将构建多达17项区块链相关项目。
加入该计划后，CIC通过旗下的特色产品TradePro、商业智能分析工具DataPro等专项服务工具，将利用区块链技术、大数据分析等先进技术来帮助各种规模的企业扩展其供应链的全球覆盖范围，实现收入来源多样化，并保证企业在贸易过程中的透明度、可追溯、以及数据安全，实现新技术在物流、金融等贸易全链路流程中的落地应用。
卓尔智联集团副总裁、CIC首席执行官余伟表示：“我们经受了疫情的考验，目睹了产业互联网经济对全球贸易和投资的影响。随着数字贸易成为全球经济增长的新引擎，企业需要值得信任和可靠的商业系统，以安全可靠的方式迅速扩大其市场。作为一站式国际大宗贸易交易平台，CIC将全面采用区块链技术，通过数据写入、分布式记账和智能合约，实现商流、物流、现金流的透明化运行，降低传统渠道信息传递成本和交易费用，为多方平台、企业实现贸易过程中安全地进行交易。
区块链技术可以为企业带来多方面的好处，包括在无须中介的情况下，让企业之前的交易更加快速和有效，同时降低风险和成本。它把集中在一处的信息散布开来，让各方都拥有同一套资料。这意味着不会因为其中一个环节发生故障，就导致整个系统不能使用。此外，区块链里记录的信息也不会被任意篡改。
企业在基于超级账本结构的区块链解决方案TradePro上交易的数据都记载在区块链的区块上不可篡改，并在整个交易过程可以追溯与验证，能为贸易商与金融机构链接各种风险的凭证并控制风险，从而使更多的贸易商通过线上平台更安全的发展其业务并获取更多金融资助。
同时，通过其商业智能分析工具DataPro，能够让企业借助大数据分析能力，从而在来自海关和贸易数据记录中挖掘见解，发现来自亚洲、欧洲和美洲等90多个国家地区的可靠合作伙伴及供应商，实现收入来源多样化，并扩展其供应链的全球覆盖范围，提高应对全球疫情冲击的能力。
