加州入禀法院促亚马逊交代新冠防疫措施及员工感染情况
加州总检察官Xavier Becerra入禀法院,促使美国电商巨擘亚马逊(AMZN.US)就该州进行有关新冠合规的调查合作。
当局入禀加州萨克拉门托郡(Sacramento)高等法院,指控亚马逊未能回应当局提出的问题,涉及亚马逊因应新冠疫情在加州采取的措施,包括病假政策及防疫措拖,与及在加州货仓人员感染新冠的情况。
Becerra为美国总统当选人拜登的拟任美国卫生及公共服务部部长,他称对亚马逊拖延回应的做法已无法再容忍。亚马逊方面强调已跟当局合作,又对加州总检察官入禀表示困惑。
