卓爾智聯(02098.HK)CIC加盟新加坡“區塊鏈互通互聯網絡”
日前，卓爾智聯(02098.HK)旗下世界商品智能交易中心( CIC) 在新加坡科技創新週上，簽署並加入了由新加坡新躍社科大學與新加坡企業發展局主導、區塊鏈戰略合作協議推出的“區塊鏈互通互聯網絡”(Blockchain for Trade & Connectivity Network)。該網絡將為多模式全球供應鏈公司、數字交易平台和科技專業人才提供一個推動創新和嘗試區塊鏈解決方案的共同平台。
據悉，在新加坡科技創新周開幕式上，新加坡副總理王瑞傑宣佈推出由新加坡企業發展局、資訊通信媒體發展局以及國立研究基金會聯合主導的新加坡區塊鏈創新計劃(Singapore Blockchain Innovation Programme)。該計劃將為發展區塊鏈技術的研究投入1200萬元新幣，支持業界在區塊鏈領域取得突破性發展。同時，該計劃支持包括跨國企業、大型企業和資訊通信科技公司在內的近75家企業，在未來三年裏將構建多達17項區塊鏈相關項目。
加入該計劃後，CIC通過旗下的特色產品TradePro、商業智能分析工具DataPro等專項服務工具，將利用區塊鏈技術、大數據分析等先進技術來幫助各種規模的企業擴展其供應鏈的全球覆蓋範圍，實現收入來源多樣化，並保證企業在貿易過程中的透明度、可追溯、以及數據安全，實現新技術在物流、金融等貿易全鏈路流程中的落地應用。
卓爾智聯集團副總裁、CIC首席執行官餘偉表示：“我們經受了疫情的考驗，目睹了產業互聯網經濟對全球貿易和投資的影響。隨着數字貿易成為全球經濟增長的新引擎，企業需要值得信任和可靠的商業系統，以安全可靠的方式迅速擴大其市場。作為一站式國際大宗貿易交易平台，CIC將全面採用區塊鏈技術，通過數據寫入、分佈式記賬和智能合約，實現商流、物流、現金流的透明化運行，降低傳統渠道信息傳遞成本和交易費用，為多方平台、企業實現貿易過程中安全地進行交易。
區塊鏈技術可以為企業帶來多方面的好處，包括在無須中介的情況下，讓企業之前的交易更加快速和有效，同時降低風險和成本。它把集中在一處的信息散佈開來，讓各方都擁有同一套資料。這意味着不會因為其中一個環節發生故障，就導致整個系統不能使用。此外，區塊鏈裏記錄的信息也不會被任意篡改。
企業在基於超級賬本結構的區塊鏈解決方案TradePro上交易的數據都記載在區塊鏈的區塊上不可篡改，並在整個交易過程可以追溯與驗證，能為貿易商與金融機構鏈接各種風險的憑證並控制風險，從而使更多的貿易商通過線上平台更安全的發展其業務並獲取更多金融資助。
同時，通過其商業智能分析工具DataPro，能夠讓企業藉助大數據分析能力，從而在來自海關和貿易數據記錄中挖掘見解，發現來自亞洲、歐洲和美洲等90多個國家地區的可靠合作伙伴及供應商，實現收入來源多樣化，並擴展其供應鏈的全球覆蓋範圍，提高應對全球疫情衝擊的能力。
