格隆匯12月15日丨浙數文化(600633.SH)現報8.95元,漲5.29%,暫成交8990萬元,最新總市值116億元。浙數文化昨日晚間公佈,公司擬在二級控股子公司浙報融媒體科技引入戰略投資者後整體變更為股份有限公司,並將其分拆至上交所科創板上市,此次分拆完成後,公司股權結構不會發生變化,且仍將擁有對浙報融媒體科技的控制權。浙報融媒體科技是一家以科技創新為基礎,服務內容智能化傳播的科技創新型融媒體產業平台。
