青松股份(300132.SZ):擬向中國進出口銀行福建省分行申請不超1.2億元流動資金貸款
格隆匯 12 月 14日丨青松股份(300132.SZ)公佈,為滿足公司資金需求,公司擬向中國進出口銀行福建省分行申請期限不超過2年、金額不超過1.2億元人民幣的流動資金貸款,並授權公司董事長或其授權人在上述貸款額度和期限內代表公司簽署相關法律文件。授權期限自董事會審議通過之日起至2021年6月30日。
上述流動資金貸款為信用貸款。上述貸款最終貸款額度、期限等以實際辦理或中國進出口銀行福建省分行審批結果為準。本次貸款申請有助於公司後續的資金使用規劃,優化貸款結構,保持公司穩定可持續發展。截至目前,公司資產負債結構合理,經營狀況良好,具備較好的償債能力,本次貸款申請不會對公司帶來重大財務風險。
此次申請流動資金貸款事項在董事會審批權限內,無需提交公司股東大會審議。
