*ST商城(600306.SH)及子公司擬申請銀行借款轉期
格隆匯 12 月 14日丨*ST商城(600306.SH)公佈,公司召開第七屆董事會第三十三次會議,審議通過了《關於公司及子公司申請銀行借款轉期的議案》。
因公司及子公司瀋陽鐵西百貨大樓有限公司(“鐵西百貨”)在中信銀行瀋陽分行的借款將於近期陸續到期,根據經營工作需要,現公司擬向中信銀行瀋陽分行申請借款轉期,借款額為不超過人民幣6000萬元;鐵西百貨擬向中信銀行瀋陽分行申請借款轉期,借款額為不超過人民幣9700萬元。
上述借款轉期期限均為1年,借款利率以實際簽訂的借款合同為準。
