*ST大洲(000571.SZ):子公司與工行牙克石支行簽署借款展期協議
格隆匯 12 月 14日丨*ST大洲(000571.SZ)公佈,子公司五九集團與工行牙克石支行於2020年11月20日簽署了《借款展期協議》。主要內容為:
1、原借款合同項下借款金額為人民幣5.0億元,已償還3.94億元,展期金額6237.48萬元。
2、原借款合同對應的借款期限到期日為2020年4月22日(2019年9月16日簽署的《借款展期協議》已將其中3000萬元展期至2020年11月20日、3237.48萬元展期至2021年04月22日),現將上述借款期限延長至2021年11月20日。
3、借款展期部分的利率繼續按原借款合同約定的利率確定方式執行。
4、借款展期期限加上原借款期限達到新的利率期限檔次的,從展期之日起,
借款利息按新的期限檔次利率計收。
5、本協議項下的展期金額按下列方式償還:
