格隆匯 12 月 14日丨南京公用(000421.SZ)公佈,公司召開第十屆董事會第二十九次會議,審議通過《關於2021年度公司貸款規模核准及相關授權的議案》。
核准公司2021年度貸款規模不超過10億元,貸款方式分別為信用、保證、擔保、資產抵押、質押、承兑等。同時授權公司董事長代表董事會在核準額度範圍內做出以公司資產提供抵、質押的決定,並簽署與銀行等金融機構所簽訂的《貸款合同》、《保證合同》、《抵押合同》、《質押合同》及《貸款展期協議書》等法律文書。
