《大行報告》野村升建行(00939.HK)目標價至7.64元 重申「買入」評級
野村發表研究報告,預期建行(00939.HK)的淨息差將在2020至2022財年分別下跌至2.11%、2.07%及2.07%,估計其淨息差表現會跟隨最近的市場趨勢逐漸收窄,淨息差在第三季按季收窄1個基點,意味其表現從疫情中慢慢恢復。另外,該行預期建行的貸款在2020至2022財年分別增長12%、11%及10.5%。
今年不良貸款率預測維持在1.56%不變,至於2021至2022財年預測則下調至1.62%及1.64%。基於以上的變化,該行將其2020至2022財年純利預測分別上調0.2%、8.2%及18%。最新的2020至2022財年淨資產收益率預測為10.9%、11.2%及11.5%。
野村將建行的目標價上調11%至7.64元,重申其「買入」投資評級。
