欧央行据报准欧元区银行派股息 条款较英央行严格
据英国《金融时报》报道,负责监管欧元区117间主要银行的欧央行监事委员会,计划明日(15日)会後公布银行恢复派股息的条件。
报道引述消息指,欧央行计划提出对银行派股息的限制,将较英伦银行提出的严格。报道指,欧央行将允许银行有足够资本应对新冠导致的信贷损失下,才允许银行派股息。
英伦银行上周公布当地银行只能派发过去两年盈利的25%,或风险加权资产的0.2%派股息,以较高者为准。报道引述消息指,欧元区银行将获准动用盈利10%至20%作为股息,且准许派股息金额较英伦银行严格。
