《新股消息》汇森家居(02127.HK)今日起招股 入场费3,757.49元
中国家具产品制造商汇森家居(02127.HK)公布招股详情,计划发售7.5亿股股份,当中10%在港公开发售,招股价介乎每股1.57至1.86元,每手2,000股,入场费为3,757.49元;由今日(14日)至周五(18日)公开招股,预计於12月29日上市。中信建投国际为独家保荐人。
该股引入7名基石投资者,合共认购6.21亿元股份。以招股价中位数每股1.715元计,公司预计所得款项净额约12.29亿元,约45.4%将用於建立由两个生产车间组成的一个新制造工厂,分别专注於生产板式家具及软体家具;约33%将用於建设爱格森工厂二期;约5%将用於通过为汇森家具工厂购买更先进及自动化的机器及设备以升级生产线;约6.6%预期将用於提高产品设计及研发能力;约10%用作一般补充营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
