莱茵体育(000558.SZ)公布,拟向文旅集团以发行股份的方式购买其持有的成都文化旅游发展63.34%股份。交易完成後,公司将持有成都文旅63.34%股份。该交易的标的资产的预估值及交易作价尚未确定,根据标的资产未经审计的财务数据初步判断,预计交易将构成重大资产重组。
交易完成後,公司将依托成都文旅所属西岭雪山景区滑雪场,进一步做大做强冰雪运动及相关配套业务,加快推动体文商旅融合发展。
该股将於今早起复牌。(ta/w) ~
