澳洋順昌(002245.SZ)擬投資年產10億AH鋰離子電池擴建項目 總投資12.56億元
格隆匯12月13日丨澳洋順昌(002245.SZ)公佈，公司擬投資年產10億AH高安全性、長壽命、高能量密度新型鋰離子電池擴建項目，項目總投資額度為12.56億元人民幣，項目實施主體為全資子公司江蘇天鵬電源有限公司。該對外投資事項已經公司第五屆董事會第十四次會議審議通過，還需股東大會審議批准。
天鵬電源作為國內專注於以高端工具為主的無繩化小型動力系統鋰電池供應商，面對蓬勃增長的市場需求，產能不足影響了天鵬電源的客户服務和業務拓展，制約了天鵬電源的快速發展。因此，公司擬在天鵬電源目前產能基礎上，在張家港市投資年產10億AH高安全性、長壽命、高能量密度新型鋰離子電池擴建項目，發揮公司在高倍率電池領域的優勢，做大做強公司鋰電池業務。
本次擴建項目，依託天鵬電源現有廠區展開建設，並新增土地約26,556.46平方米，新建廠房，總建築面積約19,587.60平方米。項目引進國際先進製漿、塗布、碾壓、分切設備、一體式自動卷繞機、自動裝配線、全自動化成分容檢測線，實現鋰離子電池全工藝生產流程，並結合5G及互聯網，實現智能化管理。同時，引進先進的研發及項目管理流程（IPD），完善鋰電池開發平台建設，進一步提升基礎材料技術的開發能力，建成國際領先的研發、生產、銷售三元動力鋰電池的鋰電產業基地。公司本次項目投資，有利於加速“天鵬電源成為國際領先的小型動力系統鋰電池供應商”的戰略目標的達成。
項目預計投資12.56億元人民幣，新增年產10億AH鋰離子電池，預計新增鋰電池年產能超3億顆，項目建成後，天鵬電源鋰電池年產能將達到7億顆，大幅提高產品供應能力。本次項目投資所需的資金，公司擬通過自有資金、直接或間接融資等方式解決。
公司表示，三元動力鋰電池業務已經成為支撐公司持續快速成長的最主要業務，天鵬電源的本次項目建設，有利於公司解決鋰電池產能瓶頸，擴大鋰電池產能規模，進一步提升綜合競爭力，保障公司鋰電池業務的持續快速發展。
