和谐汽车(03836.HK)公布漏报关连交易,包括:2016年4月,公司与控股股东兼主席冯长革共同投资公司於FMC Cayman之50%,投资金额3,000万美元;及2017年,公司同意向冯氏按成本转让共同投资股份。
声明指,公司因理解偏差而认为於共同投资股份之所有权转让完成之前无需发布公告。因此,至今未发布关於共同投资协议或补充协议之公告。公司将采取措施及行动,以防止类似事件再次发生。
