和諧汽車(03836.HK)公布漏報關連交易,包括︰2016年4月,公司與控股股東兼主席馮長革共同投資公司於FMC Cayman之50%,投資金額3,000萬美元;及2017年,公司同意向馮氏按成本轉讓共同投資股份。
聲明指,公司因理解偏差而認為於共同投資股份之所有權轉讓完成之前無需發佈公告。因此,至今未發佈關於共同投資協議或補充協議之公告。公司將採取措施及行動,以防止類似事件再次發生。
