福斯特(603806.SH):擬使用不超12億元暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理
格隆匯12月12日丨福斯特(603806.SH)公佈,公司於2020年12月11日召開的第四屆董事會第十九次會議,審議通過了《關於使用部分暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司在確保不影響募集資金投資項目實施及募集資金安全的前提下,使用總額度不超過12億元的暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理,用於購買安全性高、流動性好、產品發行主體能夠提供保本承諾的投資產品,上述資金額度在有效期內可循環滾動使用,決議有效期限自董事會審議通過之日起十二個月。授權公司董事長或董事長授權人員在有效期及資金額度內行使該事項決策權並簽署相關合同文件。
上述募集資金理財額度在董事會審議權限範圍內,無需提交股東大會審議。
