和佳医疗(300273.SZ):拟向浙商银行申请最高余额不超8000万元综合授信及资产池业务
格隆汇 12 月 11日丨和佳医疗(300273.SZ)公布,公司召开第五届董事会第二十一次会议,审议通过了《关于公司向浙商银行股份有限公司广州分行申请综合授信及资产池业务的议案》。
为满足公司业务发展的需要,公司董事会同意自2020年12月11日至2021年12月11日止向浙商银行股份有限公司广州分行(“浙商银行”)申请最高余额不超过折合人民币8000万元的综合授信及资产池业务,同意以公司提供保证金、存单以及浙商银行认可的票据作为质押担保,向浙商银行申请相关金融服务,该质押担保的相等数额债权可以不占用本决议前款同意的最高融资额度,具体权利义务以公司与浙商银行签订的合同约定为准。
