李氏大药厂(00950.HK)：盐酸曲唑酮药片取得国家药监局药品注册证书
格隆汇 12 月 11日丨李氏大药厂(00950.HK)公告，于2020年12月2日，公司已成功取得中国国家药品监督管理局就用于治疗抑郁症的《Trittico》®(盐酸曲唑酮药片)发出的药品注册证书。盐酸曲唑酮药片由意大利公司Angelini Pharma制造。
曲唑酮乃一种强效的突触后血清素5-HT2A受体拮抗剂及一种温和的血清素再摄取抑制剂，原属抗抑郁药SARI(血清素-2拮抗剂╱再摄取抑制剂)组别成员。目前曲唑酮乃唯一一种在全球出售的SARI。目标适应症为伴有或没有焦虑的抑郁症。按照超过30年的临床试验，自推出长效释放配方后，曲唑酮的最佳患者类型是伴有睡眠障碍的抑郁患者(80%罹患抑郁症的人士)。
《Trittico》®乃一种长效释放配方，由AngeliniPharma开发，较任何即时释放分子的配方有更好的患者依从性。曲唑酮自从原产商AngeliniPharma于一九九零年代初次推出以来，一直获广泛处方。《Trittico》®于超过40个国家商业生产，现时亦为用于伴有睡眠障碍的抑郁患者疗程的主要分子。
