銅峯電子(600237.SH)及子公司擬投資1.33億元建設3個項目
格隆匯12月11日丨銅峯電子(600237.SH)公佈，因業務發展需要，公司及控股子公司擬投資建設《新能源用電容器擴產項目》、《智能物聯用微型SMD晶體項目》、《智能電網產品配套鍍膜設備項目》，以上三個項目預計投資總額為1.33億元，將按計劃分批逐步投入。
新能源用電容器擴產項目主要利用公司原生產廠房及公共設施，引進新能源用電容生產線關鍵設備、儀器114餘台(套)，形成年產1.8-2億隻新能源用電容器的生產能力。項目預計總投資3,772萬元，其中固定資產投資2,272萬元，流動資金1,500萬元,資金來源為公司自籌。本項目建設期24個月，計劃分三期實施，完全達產後預計可年產新能源用電容器1.8-2億隻，實現銷售開票5,000-6,000萬元。
智能物聯用微型SMD晶體項目將利用公司原有的水、電、氣等公共設施，引進SMD石英晶體諧振器生產線關鍵設備、儀器38餘台(套)，形成年新增SMD晶體1.92億隻的生產能力。項目竣工後，預計將新增智能物聯用SMD晶體月產能1,600萬隻，其中SMD2016及SMD3225產品各800萬隻。預計總投資5,000萬元，其中固定資產投資3,000萬元，流動資金2,000萬元，資金來源為公司自籌。完全達產後，預計將新增年銷售收入5,000萬元。
智能電網產品配套鍍膜設備項目主要利用公司原有的水、電、氣等公共設施，引進鍍膜機生產線關鍵設備、輔助設備共6台(套)，形成年產能800噸金屬化膜的生產能力。預計總投資額4,500萬元，其中固定資產投資3,000萬元，流動資金1,500萬元,資金來源為公司自籌。本項目建設期30個月，計劃分二期實施，將分批引進世界知名鍍膜機制造商生產的關鍵設備，通過消化、吸收，提升公司鍍膜產品在超薄型、高方阻、小規格等產品的研發、量產能力。項目完全達產後，預計將年產金屬化膜800噸，實現年銷售收入4,200萬元。
