福斯特(603806.SH)擬推第三期員工持股計劃 籌資總額不超1億元
格隆匯12月11日丨福斯特(603806.SH)披露第三期員工持股計劃(草案),此次員工持股計劃籌集資金總額不超過1億元,資金來源其中50%為公司以2019年度經審計淨利潤為基數,提取不超過5000萬元(税前,佔2019年度經審計淨利潤的5.22%)的獎勵基金。剩餘50%為員工的自籌資金。鎖定期為12個月,存續期為不超過48個月
參加對象為公司(含分公司及控股子公司)任職的高級管理人員、中層管理人員和核心技術(業務)人員,以及公司董事會認為應當激勵的其他員工。參加本次員工持股計劃的員工總人數不超過650人,其中高級管理人員為1人,具體參加人數根據實際繳款情況確定。
