《即日市评》科技股领航 汇控及渣打获准恢复派息
受科技股带动下，港股今日回升。市场观望美刺激经济方案磋商，美股昨晚道指跌69点或0.2%，纳指则升66点或0.5%，执笔之时美汇指数跌至90.95，道指期货最新跌165点或0.6%、纳指期货最新跌69点或0.6%。今早人币中间价上调71点报6.5405兑一美元，上证综指全日跌26点或0.8%收3,347，深证成指跌1.3%，沪深两市成交额共8,349亿人民币。
恒指今早高开223点，早段曾升293点度高见26,704点，其後升幅一度收窄至32点，最终全日升95点或0.4%，收26,505点；国指升36点或0.4%，收10,452点；恒生科技指数升54点或0.7%，收8,080点。大市全日成交总额1,359.14亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为1.46亿及12.82亿元人民币。腾讯(00700.HK)及美团(03690.HK)股价各升1.7%及2.4%。
恒指本周累跌330点或1.2%、国指本周累跌172点或1.6%、恒生科指累升127点或1.6%，市场关注中美关系发展，以及美国能否在圣诞前通过新刺激经济方案。
【科技股领航 石油股弹高】
国际油价昨晚升近3%，伦敦布兰特期油自3月初以来首次突破每桶50美元，中石化(00386.HK)及中石油(00857.HK)各升4.5%及2.6%，中海油(00883.HK)全日股价抢高6.1%收6.95元，成升幅最大蓝筹股。
中金发表石油行业报告表示，12月5日沙特宣布明年1月份的官方石油售价，本次仅对销往亚洲的原油价差进行了大幅上调，而销往美国与西北欧的原油价差环比下降或维持不变。自11月初以来，国际油价持续复苏，除疫苗进展乐观的利好消息外，12月初油组达成的逐步增产协议，打消了市场对供给侧的极端预期，也支撑了油价的持续复苏。
【沽空率上升 汇控反覆跌】
港股今日主板市宽转，主板股票的升跌比率为20比22(上日为16比26)，恒指成份股今日30只股份上升，下跌股份21只，升跌比率为58比40(上日为33比65)；大市今日录沽空166.13亿元，占可沽空股份成1,080.33亿元的15.378%(上日为14.252%)。
英伦银行批准汇控(00005.HK)及渣打(02888.HK)等恢复派息，汇控今日股价曾走高2.1%一度高见42.8元，最终倒跌0.6%收41.65元；渣打股价则升0.2%报49元。。
麦格理发表报告表示，英伦银行批准汇控及渣打等恢复派息，估计汇控明年派息比率为60%，而渣打为26%，相信银行於派息上以审慎及保守策略为主，故市场对汇控之派息率回复至60%至70%属过於乐观。
对於股价而言，该行认为盈利复苏及恢复派息是主要催化剂，而在环球经济缓慢复苏的预期下，汇控及渣打之盈利前景仍不明朗。但该行补充，看好恢复派息可吸引投资者，当中渣打较为受惠，维持其「跑赢大市」评级及目标价55元；同时维持汇控「跑输大市」评级及目标价33元。(wl/u)
