萬達信息(300168.SZ)：萬豪投資所持公司16.06%的股份被公開拍賣 和諧健康保險競得9.89%的股份
格隆匯 12 月 10日丨萬達信息(300168.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月12日披露《關於持股5%以上股東破產清算進展暨所持部分股份將被拍賣的提示性公告》，公司5%以上股東上海萬豪投資有限公司(“萬豪投資”)所持部分萬達信息股票190,274,800股將在公拍網資產頻道進行公開拍賣；公司於2020年11月26日披露《關於持股5%以上股東所持部分股份被拍賣的進展公告》，萬豪投資所持萬達信息股票190,274,800股分成9項拍賣標的，分別由5位競買人競拍成交，合計金額約37.93億元。
2020年12月10日，公司收到萬豪投資破產管理人(“管理人”)致函，此次拍賣競拍成交的5位買受人已經分別向管理人支付了全額成交款。現將5位買受人的相關信息公告如下：
1、和諧健康保險股份有限公司，共拍賣成交3項拍賣標的(1號、2號、9號)，合計1.1719億股(佔比為9.89%)，合計成交金額約23.34億元；
2、李健，共拍賣成交2項拍賣標的(3號、5號)，合計3269.76萬股(佔比為2.76%)，合計成交金額約6.51億元；
3、朗新科技集團股份有限公司，拍賣成交1項拍賣標的(4號)，計1743萬股(佔比為1.47%)，成交金額約3.47億元；
4、方澤彬，拍賣成交1項拍賣標的(6號)，計1300萬股(佔比為1.10%)，成交金額約2.59億元；
5、西安國際醫學投資股份有限公司，共拍賣成交2項拍賣標的(7號、8號)，合計995.72萬股(佔比為0.84%)，合計成交金額約2.01億元。
上述萬達信息股票190,274,800股(佔比為16.06%)的拍賣成交合計金額約37.93億元。
截至公告披露日，公司無控股股東、實際控制人，萬豪投資持有的部分股份被拍賣，不會導致公司控股股東、實際控制人狀態變更，不會對公司生產經營產生不利影響。
