恒隆地产(00101.HK)获批15亿元可持续发展表现挂钩贷款
恒隆地产(00101.HK)日前(12月8日)与东方汇理银行及星展香港签订可持续发展表现挂钩贷款协议,总额为15亿元,藉以透过可持续金融提升可持续发展表现。
恒隆与东方汇理银行达成协议,将现有的五年期5亿元信贷融资,转换为可持续发展表现挂钩贷款,并与星展香港订立的五年期10亿元可持续发展表现挂钩贷款。
该公司表示,将致力实现分别与两家银行预先订立的可持续发展表现目标,当中包括继续获纳入道琼斯可持续发展亚太指数的成分股,以及达至每年减低部分项目组合的耗电强度。
